Handstand Class: A class welcome to all levels! Helps people who have never done a handstand up to higher-level practitioners.

Flexibility: Rotates between middle splits/pancake, shoulders/pike, and front splits/bridge weekly.

Bodyweight: Build a solid foundation of bodyweight strength and work towards awesome skills like the muscle-up and handstand pushup.

Gym hours currently vary based on the staff schedules, however, if training with one of our trainers monthly, can access the gym when one of our trainers is present.
